Deposit Instructions
The standard deposit is $100/50€ (excluding fees). If you are booking for an entire day a $200 or 100€ deposit (excluding fees) is required.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The amount of the deposit paid (minus processing fees) will be deducted off the price of the tattoo on the day of your appointment. I will have your design ready on the day of the appointment, and will allot time for minor changes. If you need to see the design before the day of the appointment, please arrange a consult with me in advance.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you automatically forfeit your deposit.
- You must give us 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule or you automatically forfeit your deposit.
- You must give 72 hours notice if you want to make major changes to your design or you automatically forfeit your deposit. Major changes would include; significant variation in design from what you originally requested, changing the design entirely, changing the placement of the tattoo.
- The best way to reschedule/cancel is to email me directly at alkfaen@posteo.de. Do not reply to emails from Jotform. These emails are automated and I cannot see the replies.
- If your tattoo takes multiple sessions to complete, the deposit amount will be taken off the last session.
- Your deposit can be used to reschedule a maximum of 2 times after the initial booking.
- Your deposit is valid for a 6 month period.
- If you are paying with a voucher you do not need to pay a deposit, however the value of the deposit will be subtracted from your voucher if you do not adhere to the cancellation policy.
